What I handled
- 1Maintained and updated Robot Framework automated test suites across four software versions, ensuring compatibility despite differences in workflows, UI elements, and locators.
- 2Investigated and resolved failing automated tests by modifying test logic, keywords, and element locators to align with application updates.
- 3Executed and validated automated test runs through GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support regression testing and software quality assurance.
- 4Modified GitLab pipeline configurations (.gitlab-ci.yml), including job rules, execution conditions, variables, and PowerShell scripts to improve testing workflows.
- 5Utilized Git for version control, including branching, merging, rebasing, conflict resolution, and merge request validation.
- 6Configured and maintained GitLab Runners for automated pipeline execution.
- 7Developed Python automation scripts to retrieve specific software installer versions from internal servers and created utilities that optimized pipeline execution by running only affected Robot Framework test suites.
